Bryce R. Nolan

Bryce is an attorney in our Blacksburg office focusing primarily on the firm’s commercial litigation practice. There, he brings his wide-ranging experience to bear on matters including construction and real estate disputes, labor and employment litigation, and a variety of other legal areas. Before joining CowanPerry, Bryce spent a year as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable K. Mike Fleenor, Jr. and the Honorable Robert M. D. Turk of the 27th Judicial Circuit of Virginia.

Hailing from Radford, Virginia, Bryce graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Tech before earning his law degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2024. While a law student, Bryce served as an Executive Editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy, worked as a teaching assistant in courses on contract drafting and commercial real estate leasing, and interned for two small law firms in the Piedmont Triad area. Bryce capped off his education with a valuable internship for an Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court.
